As the owner, Alex Rasouli is responsible for overall creative vision and innovation at Modern construction. Alex has been brought up in this industry from working in construction since he was young age to beginning his building career working for a big painting company and getting to know so many aspects of building. Then he opened up Modern construction company at 2012 and with a passion for residential building and cutting-edge contemporary design, he incorporates both in every Modern construction home since 2012. As a result, Modern Construction Group has become synonymous with the best of the best.
Frank Rasouli
I am currently engaged as a Construction Manager and Building Manger at Modern Construction Group Aust, Founder and Director of Illustrated properties which is Canberra base Boutique Real Estate Company.
My Professional Background has its Roots in Real estate sales and through my diverse experience in both the building industry and realestate sales (property practice), I have achieved & developed strong
competencies in Residential building, real-estate sales and property practice.
I describe my professional journey as one lead by a genuine passion for building, property practice, sales, design with creative minds creating a unique properties.
